Once and done

That was the plan

Didn’t mean for it to get serious

Didn’t want to become your man

But one time just wasn’t enough

Things got very interesting

Just had to drive thru a few more times

Made sure I didn’t miss anything…

You didn’t make it easy either

Being so loving and intimate

It’s like you read my mind

Did everything you knew I’d like

So now I’m caught up

Didn’t expect it’d be this way

Try as I might to leave

 Seems like I really wanna stay

I have to let this go…

No chance for it to go any farther

Sometimes we try to force situations

When we really shouldn’t bother

Regardless of how it happened

What is done can’t be undone

You take responsibility for your actions

All in the name of having “fun”

When Back Up Plans fall through

Especially your Plan B…

Remember to keep your mind right

And to have an Exit Strategy…

Color Struck

"She stands about 5'' 5", Coca Cola redbone...Damn..."

They say that love is blind

Well in my case it’s not

I just have a small issue

With what I think is hot

From peanut butter complexions

To skin with a yellowish hue

It’s an attraction I cannot deny

Although it might seem wrong to you

It seems they’re all the same

Standing about 5’5”       

With an almost perfect frame

With long hair and pretty eyes

Sometime the package is different

With short hair and thick thighs

Doesn’t matter cause either way

This fascination leads to my demise

So what am I to do?

It appears in this role I’m stuck

I just can’t deny it anymore

But you don’t recognize this

You still think this world is flat…

It took a while to close the chapter

Even longer to finish your book

But now I’m on to the next one

And not giving yours a second look

You dropped your dime
And it got picked up
And now you're S.O.L

What you tossed aside

Was gladly accepted

What you thought was worthless

Was cheerfully respected

You treated me so wrong

You were the worst I ever had…
